In this role, you act as a sparring partner to Executive Management, the Head of HR and the international HR network, further developing the People Development function within existing structures and in alignment with the company's strategy.

Your main tasks

• Learning & Development: Further develop the global learning strategy, derive learning needs based on Strategic Workforce Management, manage digital learning platforms (LMS), and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in close collaboration with Quality
• Career & Talent Development: Strengthen transparent and permeable career paths and foster internal mobility
• Leadership Development: Further develop the leadership framework and design and implement target group-specific development programs, including coaching and mentoring approaches
• Development Assessments: Build and further develop tools to assess and develop employee and leadership capabilities as an integral part of talent management
• Organizational Development: Support transformation processes and team development initiatives, fostering a sustainable learning culture within existing structures and processes
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop your team with a participative and impact-oriented leadership style

Your profile

• Extensive experience (min. 10 years) in People Development, Learning & Development or Talent Management in an international environment
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven track record in further developing existing learning and development landscapes, considering established structures
• Solid leadership experience and the ability to lead and develop teams effectively in a demanding, regulated environment
• Experience in regulated industries (MedTech, Pharma, Biotech) or comparable environments with high quality and compliance requirements
• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken
• Your strengths:
• Seniority and sound judgment in interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, particularly at executive level
• Ability to translate strategic topics into pragmatic, implementable solutions and anchor them within the organization
• Resilience and persistence in sustainably developing organizations within a regulated environment
• Clear, audience-oriented communication and a strong understanding of collaboration in complex organizations
