Job Description

  • Administrative support to the Key Account Management, Structuring and Operations teams, such as monitoring and organizing schedules, agenda management, writing minutes, handling of e-mails, prioritizing requests, and preparing documents;

  • Preparation of internal and external meetings, setup of telephone and video conferences and coordination of catering for onsite meetings, meet & greet visitors;

  • Organization and planning of international business trips including sourcing and booking flights, booking hotels, co-ordination of materials;

  • Completing expense reports;

  • Close collaboration with other assistants (incl. deputy).

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of experience from a similar role preferably in the financial industry;

  • Swiss KV degree (or equivalent);

  • Excellent verbal and written language skills both in English and German;

  • Experience in working in an international and matrix environment;

  • High level of initiative and customer-orientation is essential;

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task according to shifting priorities;

  • Proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and drive.
