To strengthen our digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Business Analyst (m/f/d) 100% in Basel Hauptsitz as of 01.09.2025.
Your Tasks
You support the specialist departments in the creation of requirements specifications for solution approaches, taking into account the technical system requirements.
You analyze the overall context of business processes, organizational structures, IT and material resources and identify weak points.
You collect, review and document the technical needs and expectations of organizational units in their project plans.
You develop solution proposals and decision bases based on the requirements recorded.
You prepare quality assurance measures in accordance with the specified requirements.
You evaluate and validate operational solutions with regard to project specifications.
You communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the resulting outputs.
You ensure the interface function between the specialist department and IT.
You create test cases and assess and accompany user tests.
You manage small and/or sub-projects.
You will develop subject-specific principles for the creation of project assignments.

You are very familiar with retail and logistics processes and operating procedures.
You have experience with business and process analysis and have good project management skills.
You have strong conceptual and analytical skills.
You enjoy working in a team and on cross-functional projects.
You communicate fluently and convincingly in German. Knowledge of French and English is an advantage.
