Acrostak is an international medical device company active in the development, manufacturing and commercialization of innovative solutions used for interventional cardiology. Our product portfolio includes a variety of angioplasty catheters used to open occluded vessels and restore blood flow as well as other high-tech devices in the field of minimally invasive interventions. Our clients are distributors and hospitals across the globe. To strengthen our team in Winterthur, Switzerland, we are looking for a:
Global Marketing Manager
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic and operational marketing plans.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the interventional vascular industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and campaigns.
- Define product specifications for new products development based on market feedback and needs.
- Manage marketing budget and track ROI for various marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. Provide marketing support to distributors.
- Manage speaker bureau, workshops, and company programs in international conferences.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation through targeted marketing efforts.
- Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics.
- Collect, centralize, and analyze Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) data to create compelling clinical reports.
- Initiate and support post market clinical registries with clinical team.
- Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer
Education and required competencies
- BS, MS degree or equivalent in Engineering or Science.
- MBA or post-educational marketing degree preferred.
- Min 5 years of experience in the medical devices industry in marketing roles, preferably in cardiovascular devices.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good experience in product launch, marketing communication and customer relation.
- Sales oriented (experience in sales is a plus)
- Ability to manage stressful situations, to adapt to changes and to develop solutions.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- English a must. German and French preferred. Other languages a plus.
- Ability to travel more than 50% of time.
- Manage Training Excellence Program.
