REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reports to: Group CEO and YES-EU Group Board of Directors
Direct Supervisor of: Country CEOs of YES-EU operating entities in Europe and the operational management of YES-EU Switzerland
THE ROLE
The CEO of YES-EU Switzerland AG will lead the strategic direction and overall operations of the Swiss entity while playing a key leadership role in the execution of the Group’s strategy across all markets where other YES-EU subsidiaries operate. In addition to managing the Swiss business, the CEO will coordinate and lead strategic Group projects, ensuring effective implementation of the Group’s vision, priorities, and operational standards both in Switzerland and across the Group’s international activities. This role requires a dynamic and experienced multilingual leader with deep renewable energy and / or transporation industry knowledge and an extensive market network. The successful candidate will drive growth, enhance market presence, lead cross-border initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and service solutions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Strategic Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate key Group strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the Group’s long-term objectives.
- Develop and execute the country-specific business strategy aligned with the company's global vision.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of the Group strategy in all operating entities of YES-EU group.
- Identify market opportunities and lead initiatives to capture market share and enhance competitive positioning.
- Drive innovation and product and service development efforts to meet the market demands.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, high performance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance to achieve business goals.
- Market Development:
- Expand the company's presence by fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, public institutions and industry bodies.
- Leverage existing networks and build new connections to support business growth.
- Team Leadership:
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional and cross-country project teams within the Group.
- Foster collaboration between the Swiss entity and other Group offices.
- Build a high-performing, dedicated team, focussing on client service, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Customer Focus:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services.
- Manage customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively ensuring mutually satisfactory business partnership.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years of executive experience ideally in the energy, transport, OEM and/or public transportation industries
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role, with a strong focus on strategic planning, operations, and market development.
- Extensive network within the e-mobility industry and related markets in Switzerland.
- Fluency in German, French and English.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead international projects and coordinate cross-border teams within a multi-country organization.
