I see room for improvement, particularly in communication, leadership style, and the general treatment of employees. In my view, information was not always shared transparently or in a timely manner, which led to uncertainty. Additionally, a fairer distribution of tasks and a clearer delineation of responsibilities would be desirable. I also believe there is room for improvement regarding work-life balance, as the workload was high at times and work outside regular hours was occasionally expected. Opportunities for professional development, a more attractive compensation structure, and a more open approach to conflicts and feedback would further improve the work environment.
