There are positives and negatives in every company. I think you have to be satisfied. I personally think Victorinox is the best company. I had the opportunity to leave the company, but I decided to stay and I have never regretted it. I have been part of Victorinox for 13 years and I am damn proud of it. Even more, I am looking forward to the next 26 years. Personally, I was able to get to know several departments, which helped me a lot in my further training, where I received a lot of support from Victorinox and from many internal superiors. In conclusion: there is no such thing as a perfect company. There is room for improvement everywhere, but the way the Elsener family runs the company is world class.

This could be improved
The pay is ridiculous. An unskilled cleaner gets paid more. It works almost everybody against everybody. There can be no question of teamwork. Envy and resentment between the long-standing employees and the new ones - especially when you're a little better. Wrong employees who are nice to the outside and then fall in your back. Impossible and above all unnecessary. Storemanagerin should be replaced, because not competent enough. She decides according to sympathy and not according to ability.
