The company does not live up to its mission statement. The leadership culture of the management does not correspond to today's standards. Communication between superiors and employees is also rather poor. Long attendance times and high workload, work-life balance does not exist (fixed working hours, overtime only applies from 30min). Without vitamin B, chances of advancement are virtually impossible.

In the past six and a half years - i.e. since your comment - a lot has changed in terms of work-life balance. The weekly target working hours have been significantly reduced, working hours have been made more flexible where possible and overtime is also considered as such from the very first minute. Further development into other functions is also a given. This does not depend on vitamin B, but on your own performance and personal suitability for other tasks.
