In my opinion, the company, including the HR department, often gave the impression that it lacked modern, flexible approaches and open communication. Numerous promises were made but not kept, which undermined trust in both management and HR. Support from HR in difficult situations was also often inadequate, which had a negative impact on the working atmosphere and sense of belonging.

My experience at this company was very disappointing overall. I often had the impression that teamwork and mutual support were not sufficiently encouraged. There was a strong emphasis on individual interests, which often led to a poor working atmosphere and the exclusion of those who were less outspoken. During my time at the company, I often had the impression that employees who strongly aligned themselves with the prevailing opinions and "toed the line" were given preferential treatment. Anyone who had a different opinion or expressed criticism was quickly marginalized and not really listened to. This led to people feeling less like part of the team and a lack of genuine collaboration.
