I currently work at Fust, and my experience has been very positive. I particularly appreciate the positive work atmosphere and strong team spirit—colleagues support one another, and you’re quickly integrated into the team. Work processes are clearly structured, which makes day-to-day tasks much easier. Managers are also approachable and willing to listen, which contributes to a pleasant work environment. In addition, Fust offers good opportunities for professional development, particularly through product training and practical experience in day-to-day work. Collaborating with suppliers helps ensure that we always stay up to date with the latest industry developments. Overall, Fust is a reliable employer that offers a stable and motivating work environment.

In my view, there are no significant drawbacks. The work environment is very positive overall, with good organization, effective communication, and a strong team spirit. Processes run smoothly, and the working conditions allow for efficient and pleasant work. Of course, as in any company, there are minor areas for improvement, but nothing significant or problematic. Overall, I am very satisfied and see no real negative aspects.

There's nothing wrong with the company, every employee receives instructions and training and can access online help at any time (training, promotions, procedures to follow ... ) A lot to remember at the beginning and can be difficult to prioritize information to remember.
