I currently work at Fust, and my experience has been very positive. I particularly appreciate the positive work atmosphere and strong team spirit—colleagues support one another, and you’re quickly integrated into the team. Work processes are clearly structured, which makes day-to-day tasks much easier. Managers are also approachable and willing to listen, which contributes to a pleasant work environment. In addition, Fust offers good opportunities for professional development, particularly through product training and practical experience in day-to-day work. Collaborating with suppliers helps ensure that we always stay up to date with the latest industry developments. Overall, Fust is a reliable employer that offers a stable and motivating work environment.

In my view, there are no significant drawbacks. The work environment is very positive overall, with good organization, effective communication, and a strong team spirit. Overall, I am very satisfied and see no real negative aspects.
