There are some small points which could be improved but everyone has a different view. The important thing is that the benefits overrumplet this and it does! Since not every person has the same opinion or knowledge, this also makes it a bit more difficult. I recommend the professionalism must be maintained by the upper floor what has to do with work not in accordance with instructions! As this has a great impact on the clientele / the team and the future work.

I have been working at Fust for over 19 years. Since my apprenticeship, I have been promoted 4 times and have been highly valued as an employee and manager.

Great 'Gspändli' found. Always good people in individual places but as a whole it somehow does not work....

The only positive thing about this business are the work colleagues, who make sure that you stay motivated.

No support from head office, sales staff have to sort everything out themselves. Promotion opportunities are nil. There is also no further training.
