The application process was always transparent, and communication was consistently clear. The atmosphere within the team and throughout the entire company deserves special mention for its positivity. Everyone gets along well, and people help one another out.

The office spaces are standard open-plan offices; some people like them, others don't. On the other hand, they're equipped with modern facilities, and there's a generous work-from-home policy, so that doesn't really matter much anyway.

From my perspective, what works particularly well is the teamwork, the open corporate culture, and the flexible work model. I appreciate the mutual support, the pleasant work atmosphere, and the opportunity for professional growth.

I see room for improvement in the office space, which could be designed to be even more modern and appealing in the future. On the other hand, I really appreciate the flexible work model, which allows for a good work-life balance. Dextra is a well-organized company, and I appreciate the corporate culture. There are many young employees, and everyone has different skills, which is very pleasant. There are many opportunities to work from home, yet the team is closely connected. The work is varied.

I would welcome regular training courses on various topics. Several training courses have already been organized, which I enjoyed and found very useful.

Good team spirit and support among the various contributors. Ease of approaching colleagues to discuss situations or ask questions. Colleagues are good listeners. All these points are important if you want to thrive in a company. Telecommuting is also a major advantage. Working hours are also pleasant.
