The application process was relaxed and appreciative. The teams support each other. There is a pleasant atmosphere and trust in one's own team. Many give their best and try to support others as well. A lot of flexibility allowed, but also demanded. Part-time, home office, partial boarding - everything is possible! One feels comfortable in the office!

There is potential to encourage creativity and new ideas more. Temporary backbreaking work could be improved with more trained and directed staff.

Dextra offers its employees additional fringe benefits (e.g. contribution to sports subscriptions, occasional discounts for restaurants in the area, measures to promote mental health). However, these are rather sparse compared to other insurances. Dextra could expand its offer, e.g. with contributions to the SBB season ticket, lunch checks, discounted childcare, etc.

There is an extremely pleasant working atmosphere at Dextra. The employees support each other and maintain an open, direct and collegial communication. There are many different events (aperitifs, summer party, Christmas party, etc.), which are always organized with a lot of commitment by the employees themselves.

The fluctuation rate has fallen very sharply. The measures introduced are already showing their first effects. Dextra is on a very good path & has not been at the level of 2 years ago for a long time.
