As a company within the BRUGG group, the BRUGG IT Department of Rittmeyer provides infrastructure services for the entire internationally operating corporate group. Three organisations with a total of 1600 end users benefit from this. The central Service Desk is the first point of contact for our users and the interface to the other IT disciplines.

You are the first point of contact for ICT questions and ensure that our employees can work reliably and efficiently in their daily work. With your technical know-how, hands-on mentality and solution-oriented approach, you actively tackle challenges and find pragmatic solutions.

Your area of responsibility

• • 1st and 2nd level support for the entire BRUGG group
  • Receipt, initial analysis and processing of fault reports in the ticket system
  • Initial support and fault analysis by telephone and remote
  • Setup, configuration and software installation of end devices via Microsoft Intune as well as management of the entire IMACD process
  • On-site support at our locations - mainly in Baar, also in Brugg, Birr and Kleindöttingen as needed
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation, instructions, knowledge base articles and checklists
  • Training and support of our users

What you bring

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT certificate or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Windows operating systems and network technologies
• Experience in IT support as well as sound knowledge in client management
• Enjoyment of telephone and personal customer contact as well as service-oriented support
• Hands-on mentality: You are a doer, actively tackle challenges and find solutions
• Team player with an independent, service- and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
• Category B driving licence
