You can contribute in this role

• Ensure the smooth running of internal departmental work and projects
• Handle correspondence, create reports, tables, presentations and graphics
• Organise meetings, conferences and events
• Manage and maintain databases and filing systems
• Support the creation of contracts and departmental orders; in particular, formally check applications for reimbursement of the network surcharge, prepare orders and ensure dispatch as well as payment of reimbursements
• Provide oral and written information in German and French

What makes you unique

• Completed commercial training, experience in assistance and/or administration desirable
• Knowledge of public administration is an advantage
• Very good Microsoft 365 skills, AI and SAP knowledge advantageous
• Independent, efficient and precise working style with a flair for organisational and coordination tasks
• Service orientation and linguistic proficiency
• Very good oral and written knowledge of a second official language as well as knowledge of English
