Langnau am Albis is a municipality close to the city in the Sihl Valley with around 8,100 inhabitants, which has retained its rural character and lies at the gateway to a nature experience park.

We are looking for a

Clerk Infrastructure (60 - 70 %)

Your area of responsibility

· Infrastructure (customer reception, providing information, general secretarial tasks)

· Waste disposal (preparation of applications, drafting information and the waste calendar)

· Environment (collaboration on nature conservation projects, administration)

· Planning (administration, publications, creating presentations, organising events)

· General secretarial tasks, correspondence

· Preparation of applications to the construction and works commission or the municipal council

· Construction billing including compilation of documents for file submission

· Archiving

Your profile

· Commercial or construction-technical basic training, preferably administrative apprenticeship

· Professional experience in a similar role in construction or infrastructure is an advantage

· Confident written expression

· Enjoy working with numbers and a good understanding of figures

· Good ICT skills

· Reliable and precise way of working

· Open, independent and team-oriented personality
