About the job
Do you like to keep an overview, enjoy organising, and have an open ear for our customers? Then we are looking for you!
At Sanio, we offer companies throughout Switzerland practical and modern first aid courses. For this, we work with a large network of course instructors and digital processes that make our course organisation as simple and efficient as possible.
To ensure everything runs smoothly in the background, we are looking for a reliable, communicative, and well-organised person to join our team by arrangement.
In this versatile part-time position, you are the first point of contact for our corporate clients and course instructors and ensure that everything is well organised from the enquiry to the course delivery.
Tasks
- You are the first contact person for our customers and handle enquiries by phone, email, and via our website.
- You actively follow up on customer enquiries, conduct telephone conversations with interested parties, and accompany them from the first enquiry to course booking.
- You coordinate courses, appointments, and course instructors and take care of changes and rescheduling.
- You manage and maintain our course portal, record courses and customer data, and ensure that all information is current and complete.
- You are the central contact point for organisational questions regarding our courses and ensure that everything runs smoothly from booking to delivery.
- You support other administrative tasks in day-to-day business.
Qualifications
- You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
- You enjoy contact with people and present yourself in a friendly, professional, and reliable manner.
- You like advising customers, recognise their needs, and enjoy offering suitable proposals and solutions.
- You work reliably, carefully, and responsibly.
- You are an organisational talent and keep an overview even with multiple enquiries and changes.
- You communicate confidently in German.
- Good knowledge of English and/or French is an advantage but not a must.
- You are confident in using computers and enjoy working with digital tools.
- You think ahead, like to get involved, and find pragmatic solutions even with short-term changes.
Benefits
- A varied and responsible part-time position with lots of customer contact
- 60% workload with flexible working hours
- After successful induction, the possibility to work partially from home
- A centrally located office in Bern
- A small, committed, and collegial team
- Short decision-making paths and a lot of personal responsibility
- Modern, digitalised work processes
- A meaningful role: You help ensure that people can act correctly in emergencies
Fancy becoming part of Sanio? Did our advertisement appeal to you and do you recognise yourself in this position? Then we look forward to receiving your written application including a motivation letter (please use "du") and to getting to know you!
We do not want to test you with classic job interviews. We much prefer to get to know you in a personal and informal conversation and see together if we are a good fit.
We look forward to hearing from you!
