Group Leader "Kafi Hoi" 80 - 100 % from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Empowerment and support of 3 - 4 employees with a disability
• Responsibility as a specialist for the implementation of pedagogical principles in everyday work
• Active contribution of ideas for the further development of Kafi Hoi as well as responsibility for the ongoing operation
• Contact person for guardians and relatives of employees with disabilities
• Ensuring and compliance with applicable quality and hygiene standards
• Collaboration with various specialists from Integra

Your profile

• Training and professional experience in the catering sector
• Training in work pedagogy or professional experience in working with people with disabilities
• High service orientation as well as pronounced planning and organisational skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good communication skills and IT affinity in dealing with various digital applications
