Your tasks and responsibilities
- Ensuring product quality according to standards, specifications and customer/regulatory requirements
- Conducting inspections, tests and process-accompanying quality checks (FAI, PVT) on raw materials and finished products
- Handling customer and supplier complaints including fault analyses, 8D reports and corrective actions
- Performing structured root cause analyses (RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa) and implementing CAPA measures for sustainable error correction
- Developing and implementing quality control and process control methods (MSA, calibration)
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimise product design, manufacturing processes and product launches
- Training employees on quality standards, procedures and problem-solving methods
- Documenting quality-relevant activities and supporting internal and external audits including ISO certifications
- Monitoring supplier quality including KPI tracking and risk assessments
- Continuous improvement of quality systems using CIP, QM and LEAN methods
- Analysing and further developing quality indicators (KPI/SPC) to derive optimisation measures

- Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering (Electronics, Plastics & Mechanics), Quality Management or related field
- Experience: 4+ years of industry experience, preferably in metrology or manufacturing
- Expertise: Quality management systems (ISO 9001/14001), testing processes and quality methods such as FMEA, PPAP, 8D, SPC and Six Sigma
- Audits & Complaints: Experience in complaint management as well as internal and external audits
- Certificates (advantageous): CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
- Soft skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, initiative and sense of responsibility
- IT skills: ERP systems (D365 or similar), quality tools and confident use of MS Office
- Additional advantages: Initial leadership experience, high attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good to very good English skills
