What you can contribute
- Manage the school office as office manager in the administrative, material and personnel (militia) areas
- Be responsible for the technical training of office orderlies
- Manage personnel matters of the basic training services (GAD) using the Army Personnel Information System (PISA) and Mil Office
- Take over the management and supply of the operations detachment of the command
- Ensure liaison, telephone and information services
- Manage the budget for office materials and operate all office machines and equipment in the office
What makes you unique
- Commercial vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Several years of professional experience in administrative activities/secretarial area
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of federal IT applications (PISA, Mil Office, SAP, Acta Nova)
- Military training desired (Qm, Unit Four, Office Orderly)
- Willingness to work irregular hours

The Training Command (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the Swiss Army – from recruitment through basic general training to officer training for the militia and professional military. The Kdo Ausb includes higher officer training, army personnel, five training units, the training centre as well as the specialist unit for women in the army and diversity. One third of the approximately 2,350 employees work in civilian professions in scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative or sporting fields and contribute to success together with the professional military.
The Swiss Army employs over 9,000 staff in four military and around 200 civilian professions – at 110 locations throughout Switzerland. The next generation is also taken care of: the Swiss Army trains apprentices in over 30 professions.
