1st Level Supporter (m/f/d) 80-100%

What awaits you with us:

• You support our customers by phone and email in all their concerns and inquiries.
• You find independent solutions and show them to the customers or classify the inquiries and forward them to our 2nd-level support team.
• You record the wishes/inputs of our customers, actively collect customer feedback, and share it with our product management team.
• Regular participation in meetings, trainings, and coaching is important and keeps you "up2date".
• The activity is rounded off by other tasks, such as participating in continuous process optimization and various other projects.

What we expect from you:

• You have completed vocational training/education, preferably in business administration, retail, contact center, etc.
• You bring 2-3 years of professional experience in customer service/support or a professional activity with customer contact.
• Your place of residence is in Switzerland.
• You are bilingual (FR & DE). In addition, you have good English skills. Any other foreign language is a plus.
• You are enthusiastic, committed, have a service mindset, and are open and engaged.
• You love customer contact, whether by phone or in writing, and you enjoy making our bexio customers happy.
