To further drive our growth, we are looking for you as Project Management Realisation.

Your role – responsibility and scope for design

As Project Management Realisation, you are responsible for the implementation of four to five residential construction projects in the realisation phase. You represent the interests of the client towards general contractors, planning offices, authorities and other project participants and ensure that our projects meet quality, cost and deadlines.
You accompany our projects from the conclusion of the general contractor contract to the handover to the buyers and ensure that aestate's quality standards are maintained in execution and after-sales.

Your tasks:

• Client representation: You represent the interests of the client towards general contractors, planning offices, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Project management: You lead and coordinate several projects in the realisation phase and ensure compliance with costs, quality and deadlines.
• Quality assurance: You check plans, executions and materials and ensure compliance with the defined quality standards.
• Cost and change management: You assess change requests, additional costs and optimisation proposals and ensure the economical implementation of the projects.
• Schedule management: You monitor project milestones, identify risks early and initiate countermeasures.
• Acceptance and handover: You organise and accompany construction acceptances, defect rectifications as well as the handover to buyers and owners.
• Communication: With your strong communication skills, you inspire external partners, neighbours, the team and management and actively lead solutions.

Your profile – what you bring

• At least 10 years of experience in realisation, ideally with a focus on condominium ownership
• Completed training with solid knowledge in construction industry, site management, client representation in execution, cost and schedule monitoring as well as quality assurance
• Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a strong understanding of economic contexts
• Team player and communicative personality with a structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
• Leadership skills, decisiveness and strategic acumen
