HR Manager (m/f) 100%

As an HR Manager at our Swiss headquarters in Zurich, you are the central contact person for all HR matters and lead our local team of five dedicated colleagues. The position reports directly to the management.

What to expect

• Development and implementation of the local HR strategy that perfectly aligns with our corporate goals.
• Leadership and further development of the HR team (administration & recruiting) to achieve top performance together.
• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle: from job postings through interviews to onboarding and offboarding.
• Advising management, departments and the retail environment on labour law issues – you are our sparring partner for personnel development and legal matters.
• Planning and conducting training for managers and sales teams on HR topics.
• Management and control of payroll processes as well as close cooperation with external service providers.
• Handling expat processes (contracts, permits, policies) and social security matters.
• Coordination of audits, reporting and HR key figures – you keep an overview of all relevant data.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines.

What you bring

• Experience that counts: You have worked for several years as an HR Manager, ideally in an international environment or in retail. You know the challenges of a dynamic market and find pragmatic solutions.
• Expertise in Swiss labour law: You are confident in dealing with local laws and regulations and can competently advise managers. Payroll processes are no new territory for you.
• Recruiting is your passion: You know how to find talent – whether through active sourcing, job fairs or creative employer branding ideas.
• Leadership and communication: You not only lead a team but inspire it. You can explain complex topics clearly and are a reliable sparring partner for management.
