The IT services of the City of Thun (IDT) are a central service provider for the city administration of Thun, the Thun public schools, and for third-party service recipients, such as regional municipalities. IDT currently supports and maintains approximately 4,300 workstations, 215 servers, 4,800 user accounts in the education network, and 800 user accounts in the administration area.We are looking immediately or by arrangement for an
Application Manager Abacus and Innosolv (80 - 100 %)
Your tasks:
- Central contact person for departments and affiliated municipalities for the applications Abacus and Innosolv
- Gathering user and department requirements (Requirements Engineering) as well as their technical conception and automation
- Coordination of collaboration with external partners
- Coordinating and ensuring integrated involvement in the Thun IT platform
- Ensuring a high-quality and competent service around the applications Abacus and Innosolv
- Responsibility for operation, maintenance, and further development of these applications
- Planning, test coordination, and execution of updates, releases, and service packs
- Ensuring system availability
You bring with you:
- Preferably a degree in Business Informatics (HF or Bachelor)
- Experience in operating and supporting core applications
- Knowledge of Abacus and/or Innosolv
- Experience in support as well as in project environments
- Understanding of administrative processes is an advantage
