What to expect:

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for telephone advice to our customers who travel worldwide
• Contact person for customer enquiries
• Providing information about our products and services, including web services and mobile app
• Processing authorisations and conducting security checks

What you bring with you:

• You have completed basic training with a special affinity for service
• Communication is your strength and you speak excellent German and French or Italian (English is an advantage)
• You have experience in telephone customer contact and may have already worked in a call centre
• In difficult conversations, you keep a cool head and always find the right words.
• Customer enthusiasm is not a foreign word to you and you always find tailor-made solutions and answers
• You have good knowledge of common MS Office programmes and are technically proficient
• You remain calm and motivated even in stressful situations
• You are quick to familiarise yourself with various systems and processes
