Your Tasks

• You take on demanding first- and second-level support (remote, by phone or on site)
• You analyse faults in a structured manner and resolve them sustainably – not just symptomatically
• You manage and maintain customer environments (servers, clients, network, firewalls)
• You provide and operate modern workplaces and mobile devices efficiently
• You install and support Abacus Business Software
• You work closely with our system engineers and specialists in second level support
• You document clearly and understandably
• You actively contribute to projects and improvements

What You Bring

• Completed IT training (IT specialist in platform development or similar)
• Experience in ICT support, ideally at an IT service provider
• Enjoy analysing problems and finding solutions
• Structured working method and clear documentation
• Strong communication skills – you can explain technology understandably
• Team spirit and initiative
