As part of our Procurement Department at Leister Technologies AG, you ensure that materials and services are available at the right time, in the right quality, and at optimal costs. With your technical understanding and negotiation skills, you make a decisive contribution to smooth production and business processes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Ordering and scheduling of items and external services in the assigned product groups
  • Monitoring order confirmations, delivery dates, prices, and quality
  • Obtaining, analysing, and negotiating offers in the international procurement market
  • Negotiating and concluding framework agreements
  • Responsibility for inventory levels, stock turnover, as well as optimal order quantities and batch sizes
  • Ensuring supplier delivery performance (OTD, quantity, quality) including escalations
  • Maintaining and ensuring correct item and supplier master data in the ERP system
  • Close collaboration with Category Management as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with PPS, Quality, and Logistics
  • Handling error reports (NOD)
  • Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
Your Profile
  • Technical basic training in mechanics, electronics, or mechatronics, with further education in purchasing (Purchasing Specialist, Business Administration HF/FH)
  • Several years of professional experience in international purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Very good MS Office skills and experience with SAP S/4Hana
  • Committed, reliable, and goal-oriented working style
  • Assertiveness, resilience, and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
