We are looking, for immediate or agreed start, for a Customer Support Manager for our general agency in Biel-Solothurn. Our agency network spans two cantons and includes three agencies, offering a varied work environment, driven by stimulating tasks and enriching interactions.

In this responsible role, you will work closely with the general agent, our clients, and various internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

The tasks awaiting you:

• You will supervise a team of 12 employees, including an apprentice, and take overall responsibility for the support organisation within the general agency
• You actively support commercial activities, both for the external service and partner brokers
• You are responsible for claims management and ensure their efficient and rigorous handling
• You contribute to the continuous development of your team’s skills by participating in specialised and management training

Your profile:

• You have several years of experience in the insurance field and ideally hold a federal certificate or diploma in insurance
• A dynamic and forward-looking leader, you have already successfully held managerial positions
• You stand out for your ability to supervise, support, and develop your team
• Organised and structured, you maintain an overview and keep your composure, even in demanding situations
• French is your mother tongue and you have good knowledge of German
