The Swiss Central Office for Construction Rationalisation CRB is the competence centre for standards in the construction industry. On behalf of the Swiss construction sector, we develop working tools for planning, execution and management together with partners and professionals from practice.

To strengthen our team at the Zurich location, we are looking for a numbers-oriented personality.

Your tasks

• Management of accounts receivable including payment postings and dunning and debt collection
• Management of accounts payable including fixed asset accounting
• Posting of bank and postal accounts
• Assistance with quarterly and annual financial statements
• Assistance with general accounting tasks such as reclaiming withholding tax, internal control system checks, various deputy tasks for fixed asset and inventory accounting as well as taxes

Your profile

• Commercial training
• Further training as an accounting clerk or equivalent further training (with a focus on finance)
• Several years of professional experience in accounting and financial accounting
• Good German and Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of French is an advantage
• Experience with SAP Business by Design is an advantage
• Precise working method, analytical thinking, cross-departmental service orientation
