- You research current developments, scientific findings and best practices and prepare them for practical use.
- You conduct market analyses as well as evaluations of personnel development instruments and digital PD tools.
- You prepare presentations and decision-making bases for workshops, training sessions and exchange meetings with managers.
- You support the design, implementation and evaluation of training and development offerings, for example on resilience and stress management.
- You gradually take responsibility for your own tasks and smaller projects and collaborate on cross-departmental HR topics.
