Estimator HVAC with Focus on Heating 80-100% (m/f/d)

What to expect from us

• First point of contact for tenders or general quotation enquiries
• Checking incoming documents, recording enquiries in the order acquisition list, and assigning them to the correct department
• Preparing quotations based on submissions
• Obtaining, checking, and comparing offers from suppliers and subcontractors
• Independent preparation of functional tenders
• Timely submission of the dossier including all required quotation attachments
• Initial clarifications by phone and appointment coordination for site visits
• Close collaboration within the team as well as with our department, team, and project managers
• Participation in the optimisation of calculation processes and technical solutions

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as a building services planner or installer, preferably in the heating sector. Alternatively, training as a technical clerk with further education in HVAC (project manager heating/cooling or similar)
• Commercial professional experience in an executing company in the building technology sector (HVAC) in a comparable position is an advantage
• Enjoyment of working with numbers
• Strong economic thinking
• Independent and responsible working style
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
