Job Description
This position combines operational HR with business partnering. From the outset, you will act as a contact person and sparring partner for managers and employees on all personnel-related matters, while simultaneously being responsible for selected operational HR processes. With the further expansion of the HR Shared Services Centre, the administrative portion of the role will be gradually reduced, allowing the focus to increasingly shift towards HR business partnering, advising managers, and strategic HR topics.
You will report directly to the Head of HR Business Partnering and will be supported in daily operations by an HR Assistant.
Main responsibilities include:
· Hands-on HR administration, employment contracts, regulations, and coordination of payroll processing (initial phase)
· Central HR contact for managers and employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
· Advising managers on personnel-related issues and managing employee relations topics in the regulated healthcare environment
· Professional involvement in harmonising HR policies, employment contracts, and pension solutions
· Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and personnel development initiatives
· Participating in change, integration, and HR transformation projects
The role offers the opportunity to actively shape HR solutions, structure complexity, and support the business in its next phase of development.
Profile
You bring the following:
- Completed studies or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Solid hands-on experience in operational HR, including administration and payroll coordination
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and proven HR practices
- Experience in or strong affinity with healthcare or other regulated environments
- Fluent German skills and good English skills for collaboration at group level
- Strong business understanding and confidence in dealing with a dynamic, changing environment
- Pragmatic, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
You enjoy building foundations, dealing with uncertainties, and contributing your HR expertise to sustainable structures.
The Offer
- The opportunity to make a real impact and actively shape HR structures
- Insight into and involvement in transformation, integration, and strategic HR initiatives
- A professional, collegial environment that values expertise, personal responsibility, and commitment
- Long-term development and shaping opportunities in a dynamic healthcare environment
