About the job

In your apprenticeship as a Specialist Woman/Man Care EFZ, you accompany adults with disabilities in their daily lives, promote their independence, and jointly shape a self-determined life with them. Look forward to a varied training, a committed team, and a meaningful profession.

Your tasks

• You support the residents in their self-determination, independence, and participation.
• You assist with nursing and medical procedures and help with household tasks.
• You help plan and carry out leisure activities.
• You actively participate in work and project groups.
• You take on administrative tasks and work closely with the team.

Your profile

• You enjoy working with people.
• You are responsible and resilient.
• You work reliably and in a structured manner.
• You can adapt to and engage with different situations.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts.
• You are at least 17 years old at the start of the apprenticeship.
