We are looking for a personality who inspires people for Sky-Frame, builds trust and gladly takes on responsibility. In our three-person HR team, you will take the lead for our recruiting, support employees and managers in personnel matters, and help us further develop our HR work. You will join at a time when we are actively shaping key questions around leadership, culture and collaboration.

• You advise and support employees and managers in personnel and labour law matters.
• You accompany employees from entry to exit.
• You work on topics around leadership, collaboration and personnel development.

You bring with you

• Several years of experience in a comparable HR role
• Experience in recruiting and advising managers
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law
• An HR professional certificate or a comparable further qualification
