You can contribute to this role
- Handling complex professional and technical issues related to the electronic health record (E-GD) within the framework of the Swiss Health Data Space (SwissHDS)
- Analysing professional and technical problems and developing solution proposals and concepts as part of the development of the legal requirements for the E-GD
- Supporting the certification and operation of the systems managed by the federal government for the current electronic patient record (mainly the certification test system provided by the FOPH)
What makes you unique
- University degree (ideally in computer science, medical informatics or business informatics) and at least 7 years of work experience in the eHealth sector
- Sound knowledge in technology, development and operation of large IT solutions in healthcare as well as ideally in the procurement of such solutions; in-depth technical knowledge of EPD components, technology and architecture
- Practical experience in handling complex projects and multi-stakeholder management related to the Swiss healthcare system
- Broad interest in and knowledge of legal and organisational frameworks of eHealth, public services and the political system of Switzerland
- Quick comprehension, organisational skills, independent and structured working style with an above-average degree of personal responsibility as well as high resilience
- Very good editorial and communication skills and confident appearance as well as active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third official language
