Senior Chemical Purchaser (80 - 100%)

Your Tasks

Participation in the development and implementation of a future-oriented purchasing strategy
Independent management of price, contract, and supplier negotiations for the Moerdijk plant (NL)
Monitoring and analysing forecasts as well as conducting actual/target controls within the Kolb Group
Responsibility for contract management in the SAP MM module, especially for the Moerdijk site
Support and further development of the contract management tool
Ensuring the availability of raw materials and packaging materials
Collaboration in the development of emergency and supply security concepts
Operational deputy for the Team Lead Chemical Procurement
Leadership and coordination of cross-site procurement projects
Strategic and operational purchasing of packaging materials for the Kolb Group
Member of the SAP core team for the MM module

Completed studies in business administration, supply chain management, chemistry, industrial engineering, or higher vocational training
Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in the chemical industry
Proven experience in price and contract negotiations at an international level
Very good knowledge of SAP MM
Experience in contract and supplier management
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
High initiative, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
Project management experience as well as the ability to lead project teams professionally
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; Dutch is an advantage
