For the Lucerne region, we are looking for a committed individual with strong language skills and construction knowledge.

Your tasks

You are on the road daily with the Hilti company car - mainly in the Lucerne region and regularly also in Ticino (approx. every two weeks).

• You manage and develop existing customer relationships in the construction sector
• You acquire new customers and actively expand your network
• You conduct product demonstrations on site (construction sites, warehouses) or in our Hilti Stores
• You provide competent advice, present solutions and convince with added value
• You negotiate with construction and project managers and conclude contracts
• You identify customer needs and provide input to internal interfaces
• You use our CRM as a central work and planning tool

Your profile

• Fluent language skills in German and Italian
• Experience or background in the construction industry (e.g. building or civil engineering, bricklayer, construction professional)
• Residence in the Lucerne region with willingness to work regularly in Ticino
• High customer orientation, negotiation skills and confident appearance
• Experience in field service or in a project management / consulting role
• Experience in negotiations with professional customers
• Driving licence category B
• Additional language skills (English and/or French) are an advantage
