For our location in Hochdorf LU, we are looking for an immediately available or negotiable sales-strong personality with technical understanding, initiative, and enthusiasm for acquisition.

Sales Professional Field Service – Project Business 100% Hochdorf LU

Your playing field

• You acquire new customers and projects and purposefully expand your network in Central Switzerland.
• You look after existing customers and develop business relationships in the long term.
• You advise your contacts on high-quality bathing facilities and customised solutions.
• You accompany projects from the initial idea and tender through the offer to contract conclusion.
• You work closely with our internal specialist departments and ensure that a good idea becomes a successful solution.
• You look after institutional builders, general contractors, architectural firms, housing cooperatives, and sanitary companies.
• You take responsibility for turnover, margin, and your personal goals.

What you bring

• Training in sanitary, carpentry, or a related construction profession.
• Commercial further education is an advantage.
• Experience in sales and above all: enjoyment in actively approaching customers and developing business.
• An existing network in the construction industry is a plus.
• You understand how construction, project, and awarding processes work.
• You work independently, entrepreneurially, and result-oriented.
• You can inspire customers and have a feel for high-quality products and good solutions.
