What you can contribute

• Lead, assist and develop a well-established HR services team of six people
• Organise and implement modern, efficient and transparent human resources management, including personnel costs
• Participate in the development of the Confederation and department personnel policy, provide the tools and bases necessary to support personnel policy decisions and ensure their effective implementation within the office
• Advise managers on labour law, organisational development and leadership issues; support them throughout the personnel cycle
• Collaborate within the framework of operational personnel management processes

What makes you unique

• Federal diploma as HR manager or equivalent training/experience in the HR field; experience in a responsible position, preferably within the federal administration
• Interest in personnel law and experience in controlling
• Ability to think networked, strategic approach, strong conceptual and writing skills
• Strong social skills, advisory and communication sense
• Good active knowledge of at least one other official language, passive knowledge of a third official language and good knowledge of English
