Team Leader Payroll & HR Administration 50-60%

Your Opportunities

• You are responsible for the Payroll & HR Administration area together with a team of two employees and an apprentice and are in charge of payroll processing (including social security), HR administration, and time recording for the Schweizer Zucker Group
• You support employees and supervisors with questions on payroll, working hours, labour law, HR processes, and HR administrative matters in daily business and work closely with the HR Business Partners
• You lead projects to further digitalise our HR processes

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training and completed further education as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or similar
• Several years of experience in payroll and HR administration
• You have a strong interest in labour law topics and digitalisation
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of the payroll software SwissSalary and the time recording software Calitime is an advantage
