• Take responsibility for the recruiting process for young talents in Tax and Legal, from job posting and screening through interviews to contract entry
• Use active sourcing and social media channels to approach suitable talents and successfully fill hard-to-fill positions
• Advise and coach hiring managers on selection procedures, talent acquisition, and a positive candidate experience
• Build your network at universities and in talent pools and represent KPMG at university fairs and career events
• Contribute your ideas to the HR marketing team to further develop our recruiting, talent acquisition, and employer branding activities

Why You Are Successful

• Completed studies in economics, psychology, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in in-house recruiting or personnel consulting is an advantage
• Ideally, first practical experience in active sourcing and interest in the Tax and Legal field
• Strong interest in HR marketing topics (e.g. social media posts) and events
• Service- and solution-oriented working style
• Outgoing and communicative personality who enjoys building sustainable and positive relationships with a wide range of people
• Fluent German and very good English skills
