In our control centre, you manage the entire flow of goods via AutoStore, high-bay warehouse, and manual storage areas – from order control to delivery. You monitor daily operations, respond to deviations, and decide independently how to proceed. What to expect
- Control and monitoring of the entire flow of goods via AutoStore, high-bay warehouse, and other storage areas – with the clear goal of ensuring daily readiness
- Coordination of orders along defined cut-off times as well as management of special orders such as JIT or multi-storey deliveries
- Early detection of deviations and independent initiation of appropriate measures
- Coordination of personnel deployment within the shift to avoid bottlenecks and to distribute resources to storage areas according to demand
- Preparation and moderation of the daily meeting, the most important control appointment of the day
- Close cooperation with operational teams and ensuring a clear flow of information to all relevant interfaces
- Participation in the review and further development of processes and standards
- Support of team management with special tasks and operational challenges
What you bring
- Several years of practical experience in logistics and a solid understanding of various logistical processes and functions
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organisational skills and a good understanding of processes and interrelationships
- Independent and reliable working style with the ability to take responsibility and coordinate tasks sensibly
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make well-founded decisions even under time pressure
- High willingness to learn and openness to changes and new procedures
- Resilience and the ability to keep an overview even in a dynamic daily business
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to different interfaces
- Professional qualification EFZ, ideally in logistics; further training as a logistics specialist or process specialist is an advantage
