The contribution you can make
- Share responsibility for the current and future airspace surveillance systems of the Swiss Army
- Ensure a stable, secure and future-proof operation through professional expertise and continuous development
- Daily responsibility for the operation of the systems, including continuous monitoring, initial analyses and coordination of fault rectification.
- Advise and support internal customers in the analysis and resolution of faults
- Represent operational interests in projects and accompany them through all phases
- Provide on-call service (approximately every 5 weeks, each time for one week)
What makes you unique
- Advanced technical college (HF) / university of applied sciences (FH) in computer science, telematics, electronics or a comparable education with practical IT experience
- Quick comprehension and pronounced analytical thinking skills
- Ability to conceive, develop and implement new solutions, combined with in-depth and interconnected expertise
- Team-oriented, helpful and committed personality with a structured and independent working style as well as high dedication
- Experience in air traffic control, VoIP or HF desirable
