IT Helpdesk Specialist (a) [Ref:2465]
Your Tasks
- Contact person for users with technical questions and issues in 1st and 2nd level support via telephone, email, and the ticket system
- Processing, prioritising, and documenting support cases as well as close collaboration with the responsible specialist teams
- Contributing to the maintenance of the knowledge base and the continuous improvement of internal processes and support procedures
- Solution-oriented handling of support requests with the aim of ensuring reliable and efficient IT support
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with experience in the ICT environment
- Initial experience in IT support or direct customer contact is an advantage; more important are a strong service orientation and enjoyment in competently supporting users
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1) as well as good French skills (at least level B2)
- Technical interest, quick comprehension, and willingness to continuously engage with new topics
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style, combined with clear communication and an impeccable reputation
