On behalf of our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated, reliable, and flexible individual for the position of

IT Helpdesk Specialist (a) [Ref:2465]

• Contact person for users with technical questions and issues in 1st and 2nd level support via telephone, email, and the ticket system
• Processing, prioritising, and documenting support cases as well as close collaboration with the responsible specialist teams
• Contributing to the maintenance of the knowledge base and the continuous improvement of internal processes and support procedures
• Solution-oriented handling of support requests with the aim of ensuring reliable and efficient IT support

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with experience in the ICT environment
• Initial experience in IT support or direct customer contact is an advantage; more important are a strong service orientation and enjoyment in competently supporting users
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1) as well as good French skills (at least level B2)
• Technical interest, quick comprehension, and willingness to continuously engage with new topics
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style, combined with clear communication and an impeccable reputation
