Your tasks
- Processing and resolving IT support requests in first-level support
- Analysing, prioritising, and coordinating support tickets
- Managing user accounts and access permissions
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Supporting IT operations and maintaining technical documentation
Your profile
- Completed training in the IT field or several years of professional experience in IT support or service desk
- Knowledge in handling support tickets and IT service management processes
- High customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
- Independent, service-oriented, and reliable working style
- Very good German skills (minimum level C1) as well as French or Italian at level B2 mandatory
