The Office for Spatial Planning is committed to ensuring that the Canton of Solothurn, with its regions and municipalities, remains an attractive living space in the future. For the Department of Fundamentals/Spatial Planning, we are looking for a Spatial Planner, 70-100% at the Solothurn location from 01.11.2026 or by agreement.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for advancing strategic projects and developing the necessary foundations for them.
- In this role, you contribute to the further development of spatial planning and spatial monitoring.
- You lead and accompany the preparation of land use plans and ensure internal administrative coordination as well as appropriate consideration of interests at different levels.
Your profile
- You have a completed university degree (ETH, university, university of applied sciences), professional experience in spatial planning, project management experience, and GIS knowledge.
- As an initiative and team-oriented personality, you are used to working independently.
- You have an interest in analytical and conceptual issues, appreciate an interdisciplinary environment, and thanks to your good verbal and written communication skills, you convey matters appropriately to the target audience.
