WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Are you passionate about complex technical overall systems and enjoy taking responsibility in demanding testing and demonstration campaigns? Do you feel comfortable in international environments? Then a versatile key role with high personal responsibility, technical depth, and direct customer contact in an international setting awaits you.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Planning, organising and conducting tests, acceptances and demonstrations at the overall system level
  • Development of demonstration, testing and acceptance concepts
  • Coordination of all internal and external participants and ensuring a smooth process
  • Organisation of material, infrastructure and service provisions by third-party companies
  • Assuming organisational leadership including safety responsibility during tests, acceptances and demonstrations
  • Preparation of deployment reports and conducting After Action Reviews for continuous optimisation
  • Technical support for sales through presentations, customer discussions and training
  • Effort estimation & cost calculation as well as risk and schedule planning for test and acceptance campaigns and demonstrations

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Completed technical apprenticeship with comprehensive further training or technical degree
  • Several years of experience in project management as well as sound knowledge in planning complex projects
  • Military background is required; officer career advantageous
  • High flexibility (including for multi-week worldwide travel)
  • Strong technical affinity, especially in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge and programming languages advantageous
  • Pronounced leadership experience and organisational skills as well as high resilience and stamina
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with strong customer orientation; intercultural knowledge and skills
  • Very good German and English skills (at least B2) in spoken and written form as well as didactic skills
