Your daily routine

After a thorough introduction at our campus in Rothenburg, a variety of tasks await you, which you will perform as a team leader together with other system engineers and our apprentices in internal systems engineering:

Internal IT Systems

• Ensuring the operation of our IT systems and components at the Opacc locations in Rothenburg and Münchenstein (networks, servers, clients).
• Incident management: Independent handling of tickets and ensuring the systematic processing of all incidents (first and second level support).
• Installing and updating our systems/applications.
• Further development of processes and systems with internal and external experts (e.g. security, network).
  
  

Opacc Campus Infrastructure

• Incident management and organisation of day-to-day business.
• Organisation and monitoring of systems with internal and external experts.
• Technical support and preparation of Opacc events.
• Proactive action and optimisation of operational tasks for our entire technical infrastructure.
  
  

Vocational Training

• Responsibility as a trainer for the IT specialisation in platform development EFZ.
• Professional supervision of apprentices in internal IT.

Your background

To start or advance successfully with us, you already have:

• A solid education in computer science and good knowledge of Microsoft client and server platforms.
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role as a team leader.
• Very good organisational and communication skills, which you use effectively for the continuous improvement of our service offering.
• A strong service and customer orientation.
• Willingness for evening shifts and flexible working hours.
