About the job
For our client in the Zurich region, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented individual as an ICT Supporter (a). Start date immediate or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- First and second level support for internal users
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT devices
- Support of IT systems on-site and remotely
- Documentation of solutions and processes
- Participation in IT projects and optimisations
Your profile:
- Training in the IT field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in ICT support is an advantage
- Enjoyment of technology and working with people
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn new things
- Driving licence category B
- Good knowledge of English
