We offer you a position in the Operations division as
Main tasks
- Receiving, analysing, and processing fault reports and service requests
- Technical support for our employees on-site, by phone, and remotely
- Maintenance of IT workstations, mobile devices, as well as user and permission management
- Collaboration with ICT specialist teams and participation in projects, rollouts, and tests
- Active involvement in optimising our support processes and knowledge documentation
Profile
- Completed IT apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma or comparable qualification – IT-affine career changers with experience in IT support are also welcome
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ideally experience with Intune
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, as well as an independent, solution-oriented working style
- Service-oriented, communicative, and team-capable personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situations
- Very good German or French skills (C1) and good knowledge (B2) of the other language
